you'd hope, wouldn't you. But for 99.999% of people, M$ is not seen as the cause of the virus, they keep chasing the authors. Which means that unfortunately, the chance of a class-action lawsuit against Microsoft rates on the probability scales a touch below a pig far deciding to up its wings and fly to Mars. Pity really.
