Hmm, the dude says it's way down in Osaka. BUT I KNOW THAT PUB!!11 And my coworker sitting by me recognized it too.
The obvious conclusion is that there is a real pub in Ebisu that exactly duplicates a fake pub in Universal Studios in Osaka.
Japan is weird enough that I could easily believe that this could happen by accident.
