dear diary: today i did something amazing!

I jogged the 650 or so meters from my building's front door to the nearby Trader Joe's without stopping!  Wow!  And i felt great, once i walked around for a little while and coughed like i had asbestosis.  Can't wait to do it again!

OK, i'm lying in that last one.

WHY? Were you being chased by ravening voles? Did Trader Joe's announce a Blue Light special? What would possess you to WALK to Trader Joe's, much less jog?
