I keep forgetting that he's fairly young because HE WAS A MEMBER OF PRESIDENT FORD'S CABINET BEFORE I WAS EVEN BORN.

How the hell does a 34-year-old kid end up being our nation's Chief of Staff? Was it because he was bald even then? Because he was a friend of Rumsfeld?
