how stella found out her groove wasn't all it was cracked up to be

Author Terry McMillan has filed for divorce from the man who inspired the 1996 novel "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" [...] after learning he is gay.
That's just plain depressing.

Next novel: Why Stella should not depend on a man to inspire her groove.

You got that right. Stella may have just learned a valuable life lesson.

Apparently her husband wasn't interested in her groove afterall.

A man with that much groove, you'd think she'd've watched enough bad movies to pick up on that stereotype.

Been there. :-)

But I didn't write a novel about it. Damn.

damn, y'all are not making me feel any more hopeful about my chances of ever having sex again, much less managing to have some in the year and a half remaining of my 30s.

Not only is he no longer into her groove, but he's planning to mine that vein, despite a pre-marital agreement. And guess who gets to pay for his lawyers? Why, she does, of course. (http://www.overlawyered.com/archives/002480.html)

And look at the name of the blog-entry author! You know you can trust that source!

Stella should check out other possibilities for that groove.

Ten years of being fooled? I can't believe she didn't know at some level and isn't perhaps a tad gay herself.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

After all the hell I went through at the behest of women clutching Terry McMillan books, heh. Being an old southern boy, chickens coming home to roost never did make _me_ sad. >8^)
