Remember, you can order books online and still support your local bookstore by using BookSense.com.  I just bought a copy of Blink and i'll pick it up at Hicklebee's.

What they should do is set up a "support your local bookstore by using their amazon referral page" so you buy from amazon and your local bookstore gets a cut.
