I just pulled my ring off my damaged finger. It was slow and painful. And just in time for tomorrow's game! I hope my knuckle doesn't thicken once it heals, or else i won't be able to put my ring back on.

Don't lose your ring now, honey pie.

No problem, we'll jes' chop that knuckle down to size again.

Recover swiftly: at least you've got a chance of playing again before the end of May.

my knuckles have thickened so much with age and/or arthritis that i can't get my old wedding ring on anymore; my mother's did too, and she gained so much weight that she eventually had to have the ring cut off.

this is really not particularly related, but commenting in ljs is so much more interesting than doing work.

I've given up on work today. I took care of a couple of things, then printed out 50 D&D3.5 character sheets on the duplexing printer.

Ring a ding

This ain't no simple band, unfortunately. It's a combo ring that can't be enlarged without significant risk to structural integrity. Ah, i found it (http://ecommerce.polygon.net/artcarved/item.cfm?sku=11-WV4045-G/L); it's the one on the left.

Wow, I really like that ring.

Good luck with the finger.
