rone | aussie, aussie, monsters!

Kim and i dropped by sambushell and Juls' new place to meet dmw, who is en route to Adelaide. I enjoyed a fantastic d'Arenberg d'Arry's Original Shiraz Grenache (50/50) from McLaren Vale, which is practically dmw's backyard... heck, i just about drank half the bottle. I would've felt like a hog were it not for the margaritas that were being made in the kitchen. Get thee behind me, tequila! dmw made some filo pastry, one pan with onions and sweet potatoes, the other with olives and feta. Everyone seemed to enjoy it, but i passed, as i am a very picky eater, and don't care for either sweet potatoes or olives.

... anyway, where was i? Oh yes, great wine. Gotta find me some of this.
