Well, i certainly never said the principals' acting was awful (it's the NPCs [for lack of a better term] who suck). And it's not the show's writers' fault that the show's producers choose to retain them.

Caruso might be an exceptional actor, but he certainly doesn't seem to have much of a knack for picking good projects.
