proof that flash doesn't have to be evil

Here's a short adventure game. The animation has a Gilliamesque feel. It's a bit of a pixel hunt, but it's fun.

I almost didn't get past the fishing level, because one of the click points was off the screen owing to the size of my browser window, so make sure to go full screen (f11, usually) if you haven't played it yet.

It is slick, though. I don't like the timing puzzle, the one at the bottom of the bathysphere line, though.

That was easily the most endearing use of Flash I've ever seen.

It was a pixel hunt, but it was the right kind of pixel hunt - where the things that happen when you find the right place to click are just so brilliant, even though you know you didn't do anything but waggle the mouse around until the cursor changed, you're still pleased to have contributed to making something that neat happen.
