So, Joe Lieberman hates violent video games but is pro-Israel? An enterprising video game house should create "Settlers of the West Bank" and put him in a terrible moral dilemma.

It's times like this that I'm glad that I didn't keep up with my computer-programming skills, or I'd feel compelled to whip something like this up.
(And get shot soon afterwards.)

Would it have "drive the tractor over the protestor" bonus levels?

To balance it out, though, I'd have to create a pro-Palestinian game -- a stealth game like Metal Gear Solid, perhaps, but one where the objective is to blow yourself up in the right place on each level.

I posted a more polished version to talk.bizarre that indeed mentions plowing over furrin activists.

I don't know about the pro-Palestinian game... blowing yourself up gets old, and in real life, they never do it in the right place. Maybe you can flee and join Hezbollah.

Well, that's the point -- in a game, you COULD do it in the right place. (Or be the mastermind directing others to the right places, which would make the game last longer.)

I smell an expansion pack for SimCity or The Sims. They can do anything ELSE as a Sims add-on pack and make it sell, so...
