Actually, i didn't make any wine inside the class, as i took it from home. 2wanda, her mom and i have made wine from grapes (http://community.livejournal.com/wine_making/33890.html), plums, and peaches (separately); we also used tomatoes once, but that didn't work out so well (although it was quite interesting).
