Well off is an understatement. The guy is filthy rich! Inherited money at a young age and owns much commercial and residential real estate in the Bay Area. The guy loves talking to people, and I think he loves helping people feel good about themselves. Cutting hair is a great profession for him.

But yeah, he's nuts to work like he does, such crazy hours. And yet, he's the happiest rich person I've ever met.

And such a nice guy.
