You're forgetting something important: an 80% chance that he'll be running against Hillary Clinton, and a 100% chance that he'll be running against the nominee of the LoserDemocratic Party even if it's not Hillary.

I'll go $20 on Cheney, right now, with anyone. I'll probably be ratcheting that up rather a lot by June of 2008.

(As far as him having any difficulting procuring the GOP nomination... possible, I guess, but unlikely: he's had 6 years now to prepare for this eventuality, and I would be shocked if his organization doesn't already have Iowa and New Hampshire pre-wired.)

The GOP may hate Hillary with the fury of 1000 suns, but she's still got Cheney beat by far in the charisma department.

All jokes about collecting my debts from a townhouse in Toronto aside, my biggest regret about the 2004 election is not following my gut and putting down serious money on GWB. If I'm gonna get fucked in the ass for 4 years by these people, I should at least make some money on the process.
