I usually read the headline and the first paragraph or two. Even their A/V CLUB section just tends to piss me off with its pretentiousnessosity.

As someone else said, there are still occasional winners of headlines. And I very consistently appreciate What Do You Think?; my pleasure in that has been unflagging for the eight or ten or whatever years I've been reading.

I generally like AV Club interviews, and skim their movie reviews since they're still better than most. However, my opinion have been skewed by starting to read the LJ of one of their writers, rollick.
