sex, then booze

Last Saturday, the lovely sambushell surprised me and Kim with a last-minute invitation to go see Kinsey with him and the equally lovely Juls.  We agreed and joined them and Juls's friend Ryan at the Camera 12.  The movie was excellent, and after that, we decided our evening together was not over, so Jsam and Juls headed home (before coming to our place) to pick up a bottle of Bonny Doon 2002 Moscato del Solo (a sweet, fizzy delight) and some of Jsam's oatmeal bread-machine bread, which was crusty and thick and, well, i liked it so much i insisted on keeping the remainder of the loaf.  Once the moscato was gone, we moved on to one of our wines, a Ferrari-Carano 1999 Siena (yes, i know it says "Sienna"; it's been Siena until now), which had backbone and balance.  Ryan delighted us with witty banter and the tale about his missing sense of smell.  Then it was 01:00 all of a sudden and everyone was tired so we all went home to bed the end.
