alien haiku

[livejournal.com profile] merovingian issued a haiku challenge some time ago.  My entry was:

the suns of spring glow
the methane ice thaws away
the anal probes launch
Niven's starseeds were a partial inspiration. Ted collected the rest of the haiku in a separate entry.
